Hall has worked his butt off these last 4 games: 32 points (8 PPG) 11/27 FG (41%) 7/16 3FG (44%) Not bad production coming off the bench He has played much better lately and shown some promise.

I really do need to keep predicting USI to lose....they seem to win more when I do that.

Little disappointed with the attendance, expecting a lot more. But great win!!!! I’m only going to say one thing I was not happy about this entire day…selling 4500 tickets and then putting down the official attendance as 3276. Who in the hell does that? We must be the last team on planet earth that sells more tickets than we report. I’m just at a loss. Why would any athletic department want to make it look worse than what it actually was? Wow, I just can’t understand their thinking in this. They put out an announcement today on game day that only 300 tickets remain…yet you report the official attendance 1300 less than you sold…smh. Other than that, it was a perfect day for USI fans. [br Yeah, I don’t get it. But I will say this. I don’t care if the attendance is 1, there is NOTHING better than winning and in doing so finally making some shots. It’s amazing how much more enjoyable basketball is when you don’t miss 7 out of 10 shots.

There is nothing better than winning for sure...particular when you are an underdog transitional team like USI. No one wants to get beat by you. But in year two of jail USI still goes toe to toe with their competition. It does make me feel optimistic for the future. Play the portal and transfer game well this off season and we could have even more fun next season, which I think we will. Really hope AJ returns. Have Turonini's or Deer Head pizza sign him to a nil deal.

Campion has really stepped up the last few games as well. He still tries to force things that aren’t there sometimes, but he hustles his tail off every second he’s in the game. He is becoming a threat to score now and we needed that.

Did anyone else notice that Moore and Causewell didn’t get in the game last night? We only played 8 guys the entire game, and KP only played about 4 minutes because of fouls. I’m pretty sure that’s the least amount of players we used in a ga,e this season. It worked well so I’m fine with it but just wonder why those two didn’t get in. I went to the varsity club room after the game but Stan never mentioned why. He did say that the small ball guys gave us better scoring opportunities…which is true.

Right now Moore can’t get on the floor because AJ and Mielke are both just a lot better. Causwell just has been a major disappointment and hopefully we see more small ball when we need offensive punch.

I wish I was still living in Evansville I would join the varsity club in a heart beat.

Saw Mielke is officially in in the Top 5 best 3 point shooters in the country If he gets a clean look, which he got 6 of them last night, there is better than a 50% chance it’s going down. He is still shooting over 40% and has gone games without any clean looks.

Mielke has been a good player. Would love for USI improve enough next season to bring him off the bench as a "not so secrete weapon".

Defenses would have fits trying to cheat to cover both. Jack has worked his butt off after last season to get where he is today and I love seeing a kid put in that type effort. He is being rewarded with success from deep.

He’s a great kid, a rarity in today’s bizarre world of weirdos. While everyone else rushes off to whatever the new new is, this kid will be the one who makes the most out of life.
